Our Website or App assists you in gathering travel information and determining the availability of travel products and services. It also allows you to book flight tickets, hotels, restaurants, car rentals, airport transfers and attraction tickets (“Travel Products”) provided by third party suppliers (“Suppliers”). The availability of Travel Products may vary depending on what country you are booking in. We also provide customer support services for bookings made on our Website. These Terms and Conditions apply to these booking services.
When you book a Travel Product, your booking is also subject to the relevant Supplier’s terms and conditions (e.g., the airline’s or the hotel’s terms and conditions). It is important that you read and understand those terms and conditions, as they form a separate legal agreement between you and the relevant Supplier. If you are booking Travel Products for a number of individuals, the first listed individual will be responsible for (i) providing accurate information on the other individuals; (ii) reviewing and accepting these Terms and Conditions on behalf of others and ensuring that they comply with this Terms and Conditions including relevant terms and conditions; (iii) ensuring accurate details in the booking confirmation and contacting us immediately if any of the details are incorrect; and (iv) paying the full price of the booking and any additional charges in relation to the booking.
We may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will note the date that amendments were last made at the top of these Terms and Conditions, and any amendments will take effect upon posting. 4) GENERAL BOOKING TERMS (APPLY TO ALL TRAVEL PRODUCTS)
DETAILS AND PRICE
You confirm that all details provided by you when making your booking (such as name, ID details, contact details, payment details and dates) are accurate and complete. In an event we are notified by you of any error or incorrect details entered into the Website/App by you, we will use our best effort in assisting you to resolve such error or incorrect details. However, you acknowledge and agree that we cannot guarantee that the Supplier will permit this, in particular where a change could amount to a change in identity. In any event, you agree that we shall not be liable to you for any incorrect details.
We advertise a large number of Travel Products and we try hard to ensure that the advertised price is always accurate. However, we cannot guarantee the content in relation to the Travel Products on our Website/App to be free from error. BOOKING PROCESS
When you make a booking with us, make sure you have read the Terms and Conditions before making payment. Once your booking is completed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. You agree to check the details in the booking confirmation and to contact us immediately if any of the details are INCORRECT. We will assign a unique booking number to your booking. It will help us if you can tell us the booking number whenever you contact us about your booking.

We try hard to make sure that our Website and App are kept up to date, but we do not guarantee that any of the Travel Products on our Website or App will still be available at the time of booking. PAYMENT AND CURRENCY
When you book a Travel Product, the terms of payment will be made clear to you during the booking process. In some cases, some bookings require you to prepay online, some require you to pay at the time of using the Travel Product (for e.g., when you check-in at a hotel). If any sum is not paid in full in accordance with the terms of your booking, we may cancel your booking immediately.
Exchange rates are calculated in real time. When you prepay online, you will pay the exact amount shown on the payment page. However, if you are paying in a different currency, the provider of the account you pay with may use an alternative currency rate which you are responsible for confirming. Your account provider may also charge you a fee for international payments. You acknowledge that when you pay at the time of using the Travel Product (for e.g., when you check-in at a hotel) the exchange rate may have changed between the time of booking and the time of payment.
If you encounter a problem when you submit your payment, please do not submit the payment again. You can confirm whether your booking was successfully made by contacting us using the Customer Support Team details in section 1 of these Terms and Conditions.
Any refunds will be paid back to the original payment method, unless we agree otherwise. The date that any refund will be paid into your account is subject to the provider of your account, but usually will be between 14-30 days from the cancellation date.
We take the security of your personal and payment information seriously and have robust measures in place to ensure that such information are kept safe.
TRAVEL PREPARATIONS
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have appropriate insurance and the required travel documents for your trip. This includes (but is not limited to) your passport/national ID card, visas, and medical documents (such as proof of vaccinations).
By offering Travel Products to or in a particular destination, we are not advising or confirming that you can travel to and/or around that destination without risk. You are responsible for checking for any travel warnings or restrictions at the destination you are travelling to and/or around, both before you book and before you travel.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you shall obtain any vaccinations required for your trip, and to follow any medical advice you have received.
5) FLIGHT TERMS

If there are any inconsistencies between these Terms and Conditions and the airline’s terms and conditions, for e.g. where you have selected a cheaper flight ticket that cannot be changed or refunded, these Terms and Conditions will apply. If you have any questions on the terms and conditions that apply to your flight ticket (for e.g. on the change/cancellation/baggage allowance rules), you can directly contact our Customer Support Team (using the details in Section 1 of these Terms and Conditions) as part of our customer support services.
BOOKING PROCESS
Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a “Confirmations” email from us. You agree to check the details in the email and to inform us immediately if any of the details are incorrect. We shall use reasonable endeavors to issue your flight ticket within the time frame we notified you of during your booking process, and as set out in the “Confirmations” email. If your flight ticket is not issued within this time frame, please contact Customer Support Team using the details in section 1 of these Terms and Conditions.
When your flight ticket is issued, you will receive a “Flight Booking Confirmed” email from us which will also include your travel itinerary and an e-receipt. In the case you have selected a cheaper flight ticket, it may take longer than usual for your flight ticket to be issued, but it will be issued no later than 72 hours before your flight is scheduled to depart. If you book a flight ticket within the 3 days before the flight is scheduled to depart, your ticket will be issued 72 hours before departure. In both cases, we will have highlighted this to you during your booking process.
When you check-in for your flight, your flight ticket will be in the form on an e-ticket.
We will assign a Safet-Travel.com booking number to your booking and tell you what it is in your “Confirmations” email. It will help us if you can tell us the Safet-Travel.com booking number whenever you contact us about your booking. When your flight ticket is issued, we will also provide you with the airline’s booking reference (or similar) in the “Flight Booking Confirmed” email. If your “Flight Booking Confirmed” email does not contain this information, please contact Customer Support Team using the details in Section 1 of these Terms and Conditions.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR BOOKING
We will have provided you with information on your rights to change or cancel your flight ticket (and any associated fees) during your booking process; you may have selected a cheaper flight ticket that cannot be changed or refunded. This information forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read carefully before finalizing your booking. You can also find this information via a link in your “Flight Booking Confirmed” email or by logging in to your account on our Website/App and viewing your booking details. Please be aware that your flight tickets must be used in the sequence set out in your travel itinerary, otherwise the relevant airline may not allow you to check-in or board the plane. For e.g., if you do not use your outbound flight ticket, the airline may not allow you to use your return flight ticket. Your booking is still guaranteed; the hotel may not have your personal information until closer to the booking date. CHANGING YOUR BOOKING

Cancellation Policy
Unless specifically mentioned otherwise in the cancellation policy, Safet-Travel does not charge a processing fee for cancellations.
Any cancellations received after the cancellation deadline specified in the confirmation email (including requests made within this period) are subject to a minimum of a 1 (ONE) night cancellation fee, unless you are notified otherwise in the confirmation email. Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a late cancellation and will incur a minimum cancellation fee of one (1) night, or more, per room, unless otherwise specified in the confirmation email.
Any changes to your reservation must be made through Safet-Travel only. This applies to change of dates, extension of stay, early check in, delay of arrival or cancellation in full or in part. Any problems or questions on your reservation prior to arrival or during your stay at the hotel should be directed to our Customer Support Team. We must be notified of all cancellations within our normal office hours from 09:00-17:30 (GMT+7).
Refund Policy
To request a refund, please contact our Customer Support Team (using the details in section 1 of these Terms and Conditions) as part of our customer support services.
Shortening your stay during the high season, periods of high occupancy, during trade fairs and conventions, or failure to cancel your reservation prior to the due date noted in your confirmation email may result in a penalty charge being imposed by the hotel. Any penalty charge incurred will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
Your confirmation email will specify the exact cancellation due date which is the deadline you must cancel by in order to avoid any cancellation fee. Generally, the cancellation deadline is 14-30 days prior to arrival at the hotel. The penalty charge is usually one-night stay, unless specified on the confirmation email.
Unless specifically mentioned otherwise in the cancellation policy, cancellation requests submitted prior to the due date noted in your confirmation email, will normally be fully refunded (Safet-Travel does not charge a processing fee for cancellations) within 14 days from the receipt date of the request. Any cancellation request submitted after the due date noted in your confirmation email will also be processed within 14-30 days, and any applicable penalty charge will be deducted from the amount refunded.
Shortened stays, in most cases, will be refunded within 14 days, net of any penalty charge applicable. However, if you notify us after checking out from the hotel, some shortened stay refunds may take longer than usual because some hotels may require extra time to confirm the exact dates of your stay. If your refund is likely to take longer than 14 days to process, we will notify you via email upon receipt of your request.
HOTEL RATINGS
Our guest ratings are based on verified reviews from users. Our star ratings are based on a combination of information, such as ratings provided directly by the hotels (including, where applicable, their star rating based on the standards in the country they are based), amenities, photos, guest reviews and price. This is to give you the best indication of the standard of the hotel. However, you acknowledge and agree that the star rating is an indication only, standards vary between countries and you are responsible for reviewing all of the information provided on the hotel on our Website/App, to ensure that you are happy with the standard of the hotel before booking.

If there are any inconsistencies between these Terms and Conditions and the restaurant’s terms and conditions, for e.g. where you have selected a cheaper buffet promotion that cannot be changed or refunded, these Terms and Conditions will apply. If you have any questions on the terms and conditions that apply to your booking, you can contact Customer Support Team (using the details in Section 1 of these Terms and Conditions) as part of our customer support services.

NO-SHOW POLICY
Safet-Travel is committed to providing superior quality services to you and restaurants. To assist us in maintaining a consistently high level of service for the restaurants and their patrons, please note that all No-Show bookings are non-refundable.
If you are unable to cancel in advance of the booking time, Safet-Travel will send you an email to you know that our records indicate that you were no-show. By using the booking services, you agree to receive no-show notifications by email after a report that your booking was not honoured, whether or not that was in fact the case. You agree that all final no-show determinations will be made by Safet-Travel in its sole discretion. Any pre-payments of the bookings failed to cancel in advance as specified in your confirmation email will be treated non-refundable.

SUPPLIER’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS
As highlighted under Section 1 of these Terms and Conditions, your booking is also subject to the relevant Supplier’s (in this case, for e.g., the car rental or airport transfer company etc) terms and conditions. CHANGING, CANCELLING YOUR BOOKING

8.4 CAR RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
BOOKING PROCESS
Except in case of Instant Confirmation, your booking is not instantly confirmed. We shall use reasonable endeavors to issue your car rental booking confirmation within the time frame we notified you of during your booking process. If your car rental booking confirmation is not issued within such time frame, please contact our Customer Support Team using the details in Section 1 of these Terms and Conditions.
If, after your car rental booking has been confirmed, you contact the car rental company directly and they cannot locate your booking, please do not worry. Your booking is still guaranteed; the car rental company may not have your personal information until closer to the booking date. INSTANT CONFIRMATIONS
If it’s instant confirmation that means your booking is guaranteed once your booking is successful. Normally you will find an [Instant Confirmation SIGN/LOGO] next to the car photo.
NON-INSTANT CONFIRMATIONS
For some of our car rental partners, confirmation is NOT INSTANT. In this case a re-confirmation process is required, usually within 24 hours from your booking time. We will email you to notify you of this within the time frame and once you have received our confirmation email, from this point onwards your booking is guaranteed. If we are unable to confirm your booking, we will provide you with a full refund.
One way rental
One-way rentals are available in all locations in Thailand. An extra cost will be applied depending on the collection location and the returning locations. You shall be responsible to pay the one way rental fee in accordance with the Supplier’s policy, which shall be notified to you during your booking process.
Driver’s Age
In general, driver’s age between 25 to 65 years are accepted by most Suppliers. If you are outside the said age limitations, you may not be able to rent a car. Some operators may accept your age with an extra rental charge, which shall be notified to you during the booking process.
Insurance
In general, all car rental is covered by first class insurance, loss damage waiver, theft protection, third party insurance, personal accident insurance, and unlimited mileage. There are optional coverage extension that you may consider, such as zero excess coverage. Price varies depending on the operator.
CHANGING YOUR BOOKING
If you changed your mind and would like to change your booking for whatever reasons. You may cancel your existing booking and re-book a new one. The Cancellation Policy will apply to your request.
